1. Provider and acceptance
Small Business Academy and Decision Lab are operated by DARE SUSTAINABILITY SRL ("DARE", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting a Decision Sprint, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Decision Lab is an AI-assisted decision-support tool. It structures a business question through selected mental models and produces observations, assumptions, tensions, a conditional recommendation and a suggested next move. It does not perform live research unless a feature expressly says so, and it does not independently verify the information you provide.
3. One free Decision Sprint
Each visitor may use one free Decision Sprint. The free experience includes the initial read and the deeper lenses offered within that same read. We use a necessary browser identifier and server-side usage record to enforce the limit. You must not clear, manipulate or evade these controls, use automated requests, create artificial identities or otherwise obtain repeated free access.
A failed generation does not intentionally consume the free sprint. If a technical failure occurs, you may retry after the reservation is released.
4. Your information and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and relevance of anything you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit another person's personal data, trade secrets, health information, payment data, passwords, legally privileged material or regulated information unless you are authorised and it is genuinely necessary.
5. Decision support, not professional advice
Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable. Decision Lab is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, psychological, employment or other regulated professional advice. It does not replace due diligence, current market research, professional judgement or consultation with a qualified adviser. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken after using the service.
6. Intellectual property
The website, Decision Lab method, catalogue structure, prompts, design, brand and supporting materials are owned by or licensed to DARE. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for your own internal business purposes.
You may save, print and use your generated decision read internally. You may not copy the service, extract or reproduce the underlying method at scale, resell generated reads as an automated competing service, reverse engineer access controls, or use our name or branding without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, harmfully or deceptively; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with operation or security; introduce malicious code; overload the service; impersonate another person; or use outputs to make fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, and particular models or features may become unavailable. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access. We may restrict access where necessary for security, misuse, maintenance or legal compliance.
9. Future paid services
Founder Pro and team services are not yet active subscriptions. The planned Founder Pro offer is €129 per year with a 7-day free trial and up to 10 full Decision Sprints per month. A full sprint comprises the initial decision read and the deeper lenses included with that read. The displayed offer is informational until account registration and checkout are enabled.
Founder Pro will require an individual paid account so subscription status, monthly usage and saved decisions can be managed. The monthly allowance is subject to fair use: it is intended for the account holder's genuine internal business decisions and may not be shared, automated, resold or used to provide a competing service. Paid services will be subject to the price, renewal, cancellation and trial information shown at purchase, together with any additional terms required by consumer law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DARE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, business interruption, data loss or decisions made in reliance on an AI-generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Consumers may also use the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection's alternative dispute-resolution service (SAL). The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore not referenced here. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
